We had a great time in Japan with the Crew from Mooneyes. Jun, Rodney and myself stretched our legs in the land of the rising sun and saw some beautiful scenery as well as great Mooneyes show in Yokohama. The bike scene is cracking over there so if you haven’t experienced a Mooneye’s show get your ticket and make the jump across the pond. Great bikes and the level of style is way above what’s being done in the states, it was inspiring. There were some cool bikes with RSD product lurking in the crowd as well. It’s nice to see our stuff so far away from home.

Here in Sunny Southern California we have grown accustomed to warm weather and clear sky's. This past week however we've received multiple tornado warnings, flash floods, strong winds and....flying shovels?

OIL TUBE RETROFIT KIT If you already own an RSD Venturi air cleaner and notice any oil dripping from the bottom of the filter element, this FREE kit cleans up the pesky problem. We have found that some engines make excessive crankcase pressure causing them to spew a bit more oil than others up through the breathers. We don’t ever like to see anybody with oil dripping onto their bike so we addressed this problem as soon as we noticed it. This retrofit kit consists of slotted-head breather bolts and injection molded rubber tubes that fit securely into the backing plate of your existing air cleaner. These parts help to route any oil, coming out of your breathers, right back into your engine without spilling a drop.

Roland Sands Design joined the team from Ride for Kids and Cycle World to build and raffle off a project bike to raise awareness and money for the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation. Starting with a 2009 Honda CBR1000RR, Roland Sands created the ultimate streetfighter, aptly named “The Good Fight” to pay homage to the toughest little fighters around—kids battling brain tumors.
Ride for Kids, together with your generosity, gives kids the opportunity to overcome this devastating disease. All proceeds went directly to the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation's medical research and family support programs.
Before releasing the bike to be auctioned, Roland had to verify the bike performed perfectly. New tires have been mounted!
