Keep It Rigid

Tracker Front Fork Brace

Tracker Front Fork Brace Black Powder-Coat
w/Brass RSD Badge

Tracker Front Fork Brace Chrome w/Brass RSD Badge

Tracker Front Fork Brace
When the front fender is removed from the stock forks it may look good but you end up with a fork that twists and sways worse than a drunken sailor. We tested this on our last ride out to Sturgis and the difference the fork brace made is amazing. Add our front fork brace to maintain the simple and clean vintage look of running no front fender without the handling problems.

Features
Replaces Front Fender On Softails Or Any Wide Glide Forks
Laser Cut From 3/16˝ 1018 Steel
Practically Eliminates Front Fork Flex
For Use With Up To A 21˝X 3.5˝ Front Wheel
Stamped Brass RSD Logo Badge
Chrome Hardware Included

RSD and Bell Helmets... Ridin' Dirty

We've Been working hard on some great projects with our friends at Bell. We introduced our first replica Bell helmet, the "C-note" at the beginning of the year and its been a smash hit. We've got another new lid coming out as well... you will see this one soon. In the meanwhile, enjoy these pics of Drake McElroy and myself ripping it up at a top secret location in Long Beach, CA. This was a super fun photo shoot and nobody crashed... oops almost nobody. Drake Dropped his Ducati right in front of me in perfect style, but picked it up and kept riding so it was all good. Look for upcoming Bell ads featuring the RSD crew and the Smoking Seagulls.

I Won... B!*%#

While we are pretty sure this is not a picture of Rick James of Carrollton, TX, the winner of the annual Ride for Kids® bike drawing, this is what came up when we googled his name. And the internet is always right…. Right?

The crew at RSD is happy that a true “King of Funk” won and will appreciate this custom bike. His new ride, "The Mission," is a 2008 Honda CBR1000RR donated by American Honda and customized by the team at Roland Sands Design.

"I'm on cloud nine," said Rick James when notified of his win. We bet you are Rick. We bet you are. The 52-year-old motorcyclist has been out of work for several months, and says that winning the drawing "might just turn my luck around."

James purchased two drawing tickets last November at the Cycle World International Motorcycle Show in Dallas. A friend had invited him to the show to take his mind off of his job situation.
"I will definitely be back," James said. "I'll be the one with the big grin on my face!"

The Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation (PBTF) randomly drew James' name from more than 18,000 entries earlier this month. The drawing generated over $78,000 to benefit the PBTF, which runs the Ride for Kids program. Having just finished their third bike for the giveaway, RSD has helped to raise over $200,000 for the PBTF.

Special thanks go to American Honda for the motorcycle
e donation and for the logistics of moving the bike from show to show. We also want to thank Advanstar Communications, Cycle World Magazine, Performance Machine, Airtrix, Dunlop, Hotbodies Racing and Vortex Racing for making "The Mission" possible.

Rumor has it that the crew at RSD may get their hands on another Honda bike for next year’s drawing. Check the Ride for Kids website for details in the coming months and to see what crazy creation RSD comes up with next. Also, don’t forget to go to
motorcycleshows.com to find out where you can see the new bike in person at the 2009-2010 Cycle World International Motorcycle Shows.

About the PBTF Ride for Kids®

The national Ride for Kids program and the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation (PBTF) promote childhood brain tumor research and provide family support through free literature about brain tumors, educational newsletters, online conferences and college scholarships. America's motorcycling community has helped the PBTF become the world's largest non-governmental source of funding for childhood brain tumor research. This year there are 39 Ride for Kids events around the U.S. For more information please visit rideforkids.org or call 800-253-6530
